Brother wants a laptop for xmas off parents (just need ideas on where to look/find good ones)

needs the following:
Wifi,
be able to play Football manager,
mainly used as a media computer.

ideas on a postcard please

budget is £450 tops

A Dell studio is going to be better than anything else for that price from my experience.
