Mountain Bike, within the £200-250 region.

Must have:

Front/Rear Suspension
Front/Rear Discbrake

for just general riding on flat land, ie roads/grass. as i will be moving only 4miles away from work and would save petrol.

get a hard tail... otherwise for the money you'll end you with a cheep heavy bike!
