There are 2 pubs on the river front the Britannia and the otterspool.
Also there is a chinese resterant but i duno what that is called

Brittania is not bad, 2 4 1 meals in the week I think. The chinese resturant Leighton mentions is called Renaissance now. I went to it a few years back under a differnet management and it was very nice. I have no idea what it's like now.

As for the docks the Blue bar and Pan American club are popular.

There is a new restaurant opened in the last 6 or so months called Circus...I have been and the food is top notch...

There is a huge bar in there too for after your food...

You have a choice of:

Pump House - If it's still called that. Sells pub food.

Blue Bar - Nice restaurant and bar

Baby Cream - Nice restaurant and bar

Circus - See above

Pan American - Nice restaurant and bar.

There are loads 5 mins away in the centre too.
