I had this once, was a funny situation though. I worked in a lab, contracted through an agency through a sub contractor to the company. The agency paid my wages. We need extra help during the summer & the boss (utter fuck head) got some 17yr old girl that was from the horse riding school he went to or some pish like that to come in over the summer holidays. She was on about £2 more an hour than me & I had to train her up, she was usless & pretty damn annoying to boot.

Anyway I made a complaint about it & was told it was up to management what they paid & if any more discussions went on over wages amongst employees disiplinary measures would be taken.

Needless to say the horse girl fucked off to uni after a summer of not doing much & getting paid over me & I quit soon after over other grievances!!
