thats the thing, what can i create out of bin bags?
like its going to be hard to make shorts, ect,
and wearing a dress will look a tad gay !

right i have basicly no money,
and going in normal cloths bit boring when 100's ppl dressed up,
so i thought cheap way bin bags, ( bin bag man/ tramp ect,)

what the fuck is fancy dress about bin bags, i wouldnt go to a fancy dress party fullstop, but especially if all i had to wear was binbags, id give it a miss if i were you mate

tbh its not just me, also three other mates

right. thought you'd decide on something to go as, not that you'd decided it has to be made from bin bags. there's plenty of things you could do on a budget that are better than bin bags. google search it mate.
