My Dad's had the CLS 55 AMG for a while now and loves it, by far his favourite car he has ever owned. He looked at the facelift models but doesnt like the few changes so sticking with his even with its lower power over new one.

UGLY things.. go quite well but they depreciate like a rock, will be worth next to nothing in 2-3 years.

Yes

It's diesel, 2nd hand and twenty three thousand pounds dear.

Get a petrol one. They go like stink. Build is a little suspect though.
