Just wanted to warn people based on some HORRENDOUS service that I have recently received when purchasing a conversion kit...
In a nutshell, I was shopping around for a HID kit and got completly ripped off by Xenonshop.co.uk.
To add to being ripped of, when I questioned it with them, they ignored the first 3 emails and only returned my call because, in his words "He was getting fed up with the emails"!!!
He then proceeded to have a go at me on the phone talking to me like s**t! when I dared to mention customer service his response was "I dont care, tell anyone you like". So I am. It was like he was trying to start a fight rather than resolve an issue!
Anyways, without going on and on and on and on and on
Dont use this company, use HIDs Direct as Xenonshop just order their products from HIDS Direct and send them on to the customers with an extra £40 on top

What was your actual complaint with them (i.e. why did you email them in the first place)? Was it to say you could get the lights cheaper elsewhere?

Update: The kit is spot on,
I did a bit of research and they told me that theirs is the best kit on the market, dont shop anywhere else.
When it arrived i realised that Xenon shop had just ordered a kit from HID direct had it delivered right to me and added £50 on to their prices.
I went straight on HIDs Direct and I could have had the same kit for £65 direct. I paid £115.
So basically he knows hes been screwed and wanted to make sure they dont screw anybody else.

I don't understand how he's been screwed... Companies sell the same products at higher prices than certain places everywhere... It's called markup...

Not Xenons fault
It's your mates for not shopping around
If i got a cheaper car insurance quote than some one else on the same car with a different company I wouldn't start complaining!!

I think he already knows that but i think the point of him wanting to post on here is to let other people know that they can get the same product elsewhere much cheaper.

Also, another point, the company don't even have the products in their possesion, they simply take the cost of the product +40 from the customer then order the lights off HID-direct using the customer details as the delivery address, Genius.

As already said, that's your mates fault for not doing his research.

I see a new money making idea coming on
All we're saying is, for xenons, shop at HIDs Direct(or ebay) rather than Xenonshop.co.uk, as otherwise you will receive a HIDs Direct product.. but at £50 extra. This along with the poor service quality is why I wanted to let others know, so they dont make the same mistake I did

I had a bit of a ballache from HID's Direct too, kit arrived all well etc, but one of the bulbs were sticky and high beam wouldn't work. He said he would send out a new one as I said I work nights so I need my bulbs (he originally just said don't go out at night ) week went past, nothing. Sent him an email back and he said oh you need to pay a £10 deposit, so did that and finally it got replaced.
Reading back over that I don't make it sound as bad as it was at the time, baring in mind it took a month to sort
