From my experience, all of the first 500 miles on a 58 reg, 2.5 WRX.
I get about 20mpg indicated on trip computer, costs me about 60 quid to fill a tank and it lasts between 250-300 miles depending on type of driving.
edit- Plus 400 quid a year road tax, and group 18 odds insurance.
It's all good fun tho lol

I dont think its the right type of car if you actually worry about how much your going to get from it, you either want performance or good mpg. You wont enjoy the car if your bootin it thinking.... god how much petrol is this thing using.

How about a mix between driving fast and sensible?
Not bothered about price etc, just wondering how many miles a full tank will get on average as my mate said he gets 100 miles from all full tank worth 35 quid, then he told me he has some kind of lightweight tank

I've got a really crazy idea, thats out there, but bear with me!
Why not ask all of your Subaru related questions on a Subaru forum?

Google says an '04 Impreza has a 60 litre tank, so it'll cost 60 x the cost per litre where you live.
How far that goes depends how you drive.

Get about 200 miles to a full tank going round town, goes up on motorway journeys. Round town its about £50 per week.

A mix of sensible and spirited on-boost driving around town and on the open road sees me getting about 250 miles per tank (MY2000 UK Classic decat with Ecutek remap). There are lots of such posts of Scoobynet.
