I can see why you might say that, but people who enjoy a family/group display shouldn't be punished for the sake of a few idiots.

i think they should certainly be made harder to get hold of. you should have to apply for i licence every year and then have to produce the licence at the shop before you can purchace fireworks. its too easy for dick heads with no common sense to get their hands on them.

In northern ireland you have to have a license and apply every year
