what happens if your is declared to have mods, but doesnt actualyt have them???


mines insured as having alot more then a standard engine......but i removed all the bits, so what would happen?

have to ask them as you may get some money back. I dont think it will make it invalid buts its worth checking

You will be paying the extra premium mods for declared so i doubt it make a difference tbh. ring them up tell them its standard

you'l get money back for the remainder of our policy.

say with mods declared its £500
standard premium £400

you'll get a percentage of the £100 back depending on how long your policy have left to run.

runs out in january,

but they said it would cost £72 more to change to a 1.8 on tb's including £25 transfer fee mainly due to me being insured on throttle bodied car already

so if i now declear it standard, that might go up



just reminded me, gone over my 5,000 miles, due for a mile correction again
