he has a 4/5 point harness seat looks pretty safe to me, thye ask for a helmet and padded floor but who cares! looks ace!

they probably used point to point programming with him in the seat so they could judge how close to the floor they could get his head. if someone taller jumped in the seat it might hurt though.
