We've just booked a deep sea fishing trip / piss up down in Cardiff Bay for the end of November.

Going on this boat - http://www.nik-i-lou.co.uk - its supposed to be pretty well known.

I'm playing a gig the night before, getting up at 3am to head off at 4 with 12 other work mates, its gonna be a right laugh!

Supposed to be some good cod in the Bristol Channel at that time of year, bring it on!!!!

How much does something like that cost? I went deep sea fishing on holiday but it was stupidly cheep and the biggest of the fish we took were 30cms max

Its costing about £70 each and thats including accomodation and a full day at sea.

Me too, but it wouldnt be the same with 12 of us sitting on a river bank rather than falling about on a boat

The boat is a good one fairplay, ive been on there before, was well worth it
