quite like BM's but the other half hates them and I dont quite know where one would fit in the fleet

My current missus and my ex have both always liked BMW's even before i had one. (On 2nd now)
Never really believed in the bmw image problem. My family have always had Bimmers with no issues.
I get a lot of thumbs up from people in my car. Maybe because i look young ? i dont know, most people like it and old and young. But you do get the old knobber who went let you out at junctions, but it dont happen often LOL.

Yes ive had it from new. Although it wasnt mine when it was new. Picked it up march 07 for 45k. My father bought it originally. Let me have full use of it though so suited me. She had 100 gentle miles, then i was flat out.
In december 07 i bought the car off him. for a fair whack, but of course i got more than mates rates LOL.
So i have had her from new, but officially 10 months.

You should have done it mate. E36 M3 are bargain at the moment, what else gets you over 300bhp for under 5 grand.
