i already had it booked in for remedial work on Thursday pre-empting the failure, but wasn't sure how much it would fail on other than handbrake (doesn't work), rear suspension (movement from the back end) and tyre/body contact (evidence of tyres contacting arch liner on full lock).

The only extra things were headlight aim and corroded brake pipes, so not too bad overall, but for the handbrake alone they listed 4 faults

i wasn't sure what was up with the rear end, so doing the test before having the work done was also kind of like a cheap diagnosis of faults. they listed rear arm front bushes and subframe to diff bushes. i have a set of the diff ones (unfitted) from where GSF sent me them in error when i ordered the rear arm ones, but i changed the trailing arm ones on saturday at home, so i'm not sure how they've shown up as excessively worn already
4 days, probably about 50 miles only

just glad the emissions were ok really.
