Would it be alright to take a protein supplement abroad with me? May sound stupid but just a bit concernd about drug laws and they may not believe what it is and i'd rather not get it confiscated lol.

I was thinking this for thigns such as creatine last week..
Not worth the risk imo
It might not be illegal, but youstill have to explain the powder if its discovered

Exactly, cos i'm gonna be hitting the gym at the place we're staying as i would at home, but cba for the trouble of losing £30 worth of protein because i can 100% prove what it is, might just leave it like Matt said and eat as much chicken and fish as i can haha.

its a holiday dont bother lol, stick to the diet/supps religiously whilst your in your normal routine and just eat what you want and take a break when your on holiday.
thats what i do.
although if you stick it in your suitcase in its proper container i doubt u would have any problems at all.

Read mixed reviews on a few forums as I was thinking of taking to Kavos a few weeks ago
General overview, as on here was dont bother. If you are stopped they wont be too chuffed, even if they do come to the understanding its just "protein powder".
More hassle than its worth mate. Enjoy the holiday - hit the gym hard when your back
