I think id wear a helmet to be on the safer side

Don't you need a helmet if it hasn't got a reverse gear, or something daft like that.

my cousin has a road legal quad and it's so nice during summer.

he doesn't wear a helmet as you don't need to.

and just need a full driving license.

his is a 325cc bike but it feels really quick when the wind is blowing right in your face at 30mph.
