Right, you all know i had my accident in the middle of August. My insurance was due for renewal on the 1st Sept. As it is i have no car at all and didn't have at the end of August and they knew this. Should they have took a premium payment out today for a car i no longer have?? Or is it because of the accident they took the payment??
Just thourght i would ask before i make a tit of myself shouting as to why they have took £147 out of my account for a car i don't own.
Thanks in advance

Some companies let the policy run on after an at fault claim, some don't.
Norwich union let it run on, without telling me.

Yeah, ask them first without giving your policy number IMO.
Norwich Union told me that the policy was null and viod after a crash, so I forked out £1600 for a new policy with a different company. It came to light I had 2 insurance policies on the national police database, so I rung them and asked. I got a refund (always pay my policies in full) from the date that the claim was settled to the day that I cancelled the policy.
£1000 odd I got back form them
