anyone help me out and point out where i will find good cafes/bars/restaurants or alot grouped together preferably ?? anyone want to be hardcore and circle and area on this map

Deansgate is good mate all around that area, also the printworks is pretty popular

plenty round deansgate station, round there is deansgate locks, and some decent bars round castlefield which is right by it aswell

cheers guys, yeah anywhere that would be worth me going, im driving down tomorrow with a m8 take some pictures of cafes/bars etc for uni project thing

anywhere good to park around that area (deansgate) for quite cheap ? im guessing its quite expensive as its near the station.

Right....

Lime Green is Deansgate Locks, plenty of bars that are built into the railway arches. Old Hacienda is there (now apartments).
Dark Blue is further up deansgate and some bigger bars and a few clubs in old buildings.
Red is on Deansgate and some smaller, more expensive, bars and restaurants.
Light Blue is the Piccadilly area. Plenty of decent sized bars, restaurants and clubs.
Pink is Bridge St carpark, its NCP and not too badly priced. About £5 for the day which is good for the centre.

And most importantly yellow is my apartment

you can park down the side streets near the academy's on oxford road for free after 8pm iirc..

Usually if i go on a night out and im driving ill park next to the bbc as Rock Kitchen is right next to it in the student union..
