For the sheer fact that she'll never have to work a day in her life?
2 houses, £1million each is what I'd start with. Live in the best, rent the other one out and sell it when money gets low.
But I'm not exactly a property expert - anyone that takes my advice and fails, it's on you. But if you make money, I'm due a percentage
