If you look at the Ibiza alloys. Where the two spokes meet the centre bit, there is a dipped, 'concave' type bit, where as on the Leon, they're straight

With the Ibiza, it almost creates a flower/sunflower type shape in the centre, whereas the Leon's are perfectly round.
