you also need to think about the method of how food is cooked as this can enhance or lower fat content i reckon george foreman ftw mate!!!! grilling is good for meat or fish and steaming is great for veg.

Yea ensure that you have a pack of dried mixed fruit / nuts and some fruit during the day try to lay off the crisps / chocolate
