You can get a DR10 for having the keys and going back to the car. I knew someone that had the shit scared out of him when he went to change his shoes on a night out.

Luckily the copper saw he was genuine and let him go.

depends comepletely on how much u drank and when u started, 6 pints between 8 and 12 an you'll still probably be over the limit 10 hours later
