I am leaving soon to start my 24 hour Relay for cancer research charity!!
Think about me tonight when your all tucked up in bed and im doing laps of a track in the dark damp night
Stocked up on plenty of redbull

Raised £1300 in the end and hoping to get more today

The event itself raised 14k for cancer research uk. My team raised 3.5k of that
Tired and emotional does not half explain how I feel right now!!
I feel honoured to have taken part in the last 24 hours (without any sleep at all might I add)
Last night after it went dark we held a candle lit ceremony for those who have been affected by cancer. I myself havnt but I certainly shed a few tears with those who have!!
Now going to wind down and hopefully get some sleep, seems a shame to waste a beautiful day!!

Thats really good. I did a sponsored swim in aid of cancer once myself after the passing of a schoolfriend. Its good to know you are helping future generations even with a little bit of help.
