my car seems to have a flat spot between 1500-200rpm after its been idling or coming out of a 30, cleaned the icv and throttle body, any ideas what it could be?also changed the airflow meter...

do you have an induction kit? could be down to sucking into too much hot air (especially after idleing).

could be dodgy exhaust (ie full of cr*p)
could be alot of things tbh but saying that i dont know much about engines

nah standard airbox, but with a k&n panel filter, ye never thought bout the exhaust tbh lol, hw do clean the injectors???cheers

i had a k&n pannel filter in my calibra turbo.... when i fitted a standard filter my flat spots went

ooh cheersill try tht tomozwish i had a calibra turbo engine in it haha, i look like a rite dik at traffic lights lol as ive gotta keep revvin the engine above 2000rpm

Is it just a flat spot or is it idling funny? Might be something to do with your TPS.

what engine is it because if its a 16v they are usually crap below 2k anyway

You don't clean injectors yourself - get them ultrasonicly cleaned properly

well i did an oil change, oil filter and fuel filter bout 4 thousand miles ago...

change the spark plugs, clean the air filter and get some decent injector cleaner
