iv used bed head manipulator (smells really nice) and if your hairs dry when you put it on then it looks dry for the rest of the day but if your hairs wet like mine is mostly then it keeps that wet look most of the day.

atm im using some cheaper stuff which does very similar just stronger. (cant remember the make though)
