I have a picture in a word doc that i need to post up on the net.....

How do i do it?

u2u me, I can do it.

You can generally copy and paste to MS Paint, but it sometimes loses a lot of quality.

Or save it as a PDF, then select the picture and save it, all sorts of ways.

easy,

copy>open up PowerPoint>Paste>right click>save picture

sorted!! just need to select the format (ideally jpg)
