how do you get rid of them? usually when i get them they go away after a few mins but ive had them since this morning so for a few hours

best way to get rid of cramp is hit the place realy hard. i get it in my bum cheek more than anywhere and it killllllls

lou i slept funny once a month ago and had pins and needles in my hand/arm, aparently if you aggrevate a nerve it can do this for a few days, mine stayed for about a week, but got progressively better

If I get it in my arm for example I shake it to get circulation going. Usually works. If this fails remove the limb in question
