Everytime my dad tries to type an email it automatically starts searching the page for what ever letter he's just typed

for example when he goes to type "Hello" the brower searches for anything on the page beginning with H, which it then highlights the Help link because it begings with H Annoying when you try to move to the next line down by pressing enter because it then send you to the Help page because its just highlighted it

Anyone else have this problem or know how to turn it off.
Tried to explain it best i can

oh yeah and he won't shift browsers
