can you have harnesses with standard sport seats?
Are they a pain to use on the road?

You can have a three point, but why?

They are a pain on the road, you won't be able to lean forwards to look out at junctions because they don't recoil.

I was just wondering, i did wonder about leaning forward, standard seatbelts cut into my neck however I adjust them because I have to sit far back.

Iv got them in mine on standard sport seats, and I have no problem at all, I have my seats quite upright and not layed back so doesn't cause a problem.

I'm sure I've heard of harnesses with inertia reels - allowing you to lean forward at junctions etc.

Had a look the other day but couldn't find anything
