We went down to the French Alps, 7 up + 3 pairs of skis, 2 snowboards and all the kit and it eat up the miles - realyl comfy.

My uncle has 2 sets of wheels/tyres - a winter/offroad set based on the standard rims and a set of Range Rover Sport rims with lower profile/road tyres on for normal driving. Looks good on both sets - he's trading his in at the end of the year for a HSE version

Ho much did you get it for if you don't mind me asking? TBH I htought these were stil at the £20k mark; hadn't realised they had come down so far - been trying to convince the missus on either a pathfinder or freelander but this owuld be better.

What's the annual tax?
What MPG do they return?

you can get high mileage (100k plus) ones for about £12k or very basic ones with low mileage for about £17k

i paid £15k for this one with 69k full hunters service history only one owner

i wanted the se model but could not get one in good condition for less than £20k

mileage seems to be around 25 mpg
tax is £210 this year £300 next year then upto £440 in 2010
