who reccomended them on here??

theyre the biggest cowboys ive ever dealt with!!!

first off my bike wasnt delivered my parents work, it was taken back to the parcelforce depot so i had to go get it (20 miles away)

Trying to ring them to find out though i was waiting for them to answer for over 4 mins!

anyway i collected it and when i got to work with it ready to assemble with my mechanic mate i open up the box to find the stem is missing so i cant attach the handlebars!

i ring up trying to explain what is missing and the guy clearly had no idea!

i said look can i pop up and you sort me one out and he said yeah that should be alright.. i asked if he could sort me a better one out and he said no.. earliest they could send me one out was monday but i wanted it yesterday to go for a ride..

so i drive up to wigan... about 45 miles finding it by pure fluke.. their website directions were crap!

get there.. wait to be served for about 20 mins and then he tries to serve someone that came in after!

i explain i had spoke to someone and what i needed

he went into the warehouse and came back with an 08 model (mine is 07) and began removing the bit i needed.. scratched it to fuck! and i said is it definately going to fit.. yeah should do mate

so i drive back 45 miles only to find its the wrong one!! part of the gyro has a pin in the bottom to go into the stem.. the hole was atleast 5mm out of line

very pissed off we managed to take the pin out and put it together.. but what a pilava and crap company! not helpful in the slightest!

going to send them an email i think asking for the right part and a bit of a refund!

hmm i think theyre mainly a mail order place.. barely anything on show!

but i mean wtf.. how can you send a bike out without something so important.. and then give the customer the wrong one

If I had experience that bad, I would be wanting a full refund on the bike and be taking my business elsewhere
