got a 140 euros fine from spain in a hire car from july.No points but got a photo of the car and the reg when we had it.

What should i do????

weve agreed to split the fine IF we pay it.Im sure if we didnt then we arent going to get arrested on arrival in spain next year but can we get away with just fucking it off?

Say you don't know who was driving. As you say I doubt theyre going to be waiting for you at the airport.

I've never heard of international speeding fines being sent around before, I assume it's the rental company not the Police who contacted you?

not 100% sure but tis not the rental company,it looks pretty official but its all in spanish lol!!! Ill ring the rental company tomorrow to try to clear it up!

ive heard alot about scams recently on the news and tv so yes it is worth a bit of hassle if i end up keeping the money rather than sending it to some spanish gringo bitch whos trying to have my pants down! Thanks

i got the impression that you knew that they were offical docs.....

there was a scam on the real hustle which was similar

Scan it in and post it. Drunkenfool speaks fluent spanish and can explain it.
