Rite... basicly my car got set on fire 2 weeks ago and im dieing without a car !
so i got 2400/2500 to spend, wheres the best place to get cars from, inter net, or dealers( I live in Yorkshire ).. im willing to drive a good 45 miles..
And what car do i get. I had a 1.2 corsa C.
And the max i can get is a 1.2 as well, due to insurance being 1500 after one year of driving !

why dont you get a 1.2 corsa b sxi, they are cheapish at the moment and you would have change to save towards your next car/insurance

12 valver
Small engined Corsa B's are insurance groups 1-4, depending on the model.

I'd go with a 12 volt tbh, v.cheap to insure and run forever on a tank of fuel. Save your money for a rainy day
Or do what i did; buy a 1.4 sport and spend the rest on insurance .

As people have said go for a 12v if you are looking for cheap easy and slow motoring. If you dont mind insurance (surely its not that much more to get a 1.4 / 1.6 than a 1.0/1.2?

Just filled mine up about two hours ago, did 395 miles before filling up, with some left, and giving it some a few times on the way home from work If you drove like a granny you might be able to hit 500 miles
Tbh there's not much difference between the 1.0 and 1.2, because of the extra weight etc, but the 1.2 is still a bit quicker, just a couple of seconds faster to 60 and a few more top end.
