Took a policy out middle of this month and they requred some documents to be sent to them (driving licence copy ect...)
I sent them away and had a letter back asking for a copy of my counterpart driving licence. Okay I forgot to put this in.
Sent it away in one of their envolopes and 2 weeks later recieve a text and an email saying if I dont send it the policy will get cancelled. I rang up and explained and said I would send another copy recorded delivery monday and she said thats fine I will issue an extension.
Monday was bank holiday so I sent it tuesday morning and got this email back yesterday:
We thank you for returning your forms and can confirm that we are in receipt of all that we require. If you need a new certificate at any stage during your policy these can be requested at www.adrianflux.co.uk in our 'Existing Client's section. Thank you for Insuring with us.
Today I get a letter saying that they are concelling my policy from the 02/09/2008. Its dated 26th of August.
Do you think its just back log paperwork and my policy is fine? Going to ring them tomorrow but I want to sleep well tonight.

Bludey hell- Snap 
Exactly the same with me mate. i had to re-send a few more stuff off. (Licence Photo) Sent of 1week ago. But recieved a copy today saying they were going to cancell insurance (5/09) as they aint recieved it.
Wouldnt worry about it yet mate. im guessing its just back-log. Just give them a ring tomorrow morning

i had this problem!! they was waiting for my b/fs copy of his license!
i just rang them up and explained i had already sent it! and that there letter was dated 2 days after i had sent the letter!,
there paperwork system is crap!
although i also got a letter form the Credit comapny they use saying they hadnt got the paperwork for that to!
i phoned them up also and it was sorted, its just an automatic computer system that sends these reminders out. they just need to learmn to update there records quicker!

actually from that hassel i had with them, i really wasnt 100% about choosing them , wont be going with them next year - ive heard more bad stuff then good :/

Adrian Flux are shite....I had a nightmare with them.
Try Chris Knott. I'm with them atm on the Vixxer, and they have been awesome.

Adrian Flux have gave me the best quote for an XE corsa everything declared and my convictions.No 1 else can beat it or even come close so im going with them.
