1. whats the offset for a corsa?
2. is there any reason why my standard exhaust would be welded to the centre section?
3. what type of noise does a janspeed dtm backbox make? e.g loud, quiet, raspy etc ...

actual offset is 49 but i have had 16" wheels of a 42 offset and they were ok

but 45-49 is best
