You can get a Bandit of that year for like a grand. That's a lot of extra money for some tarty bits that do nothing. Why not spend £3.5k on a fast sports bike that you'll enjoy a lot more?

It's a fair point actually, I can't see where there are parts on there that add up to the extra 2.5k, other than the labour involved in putting it all together.
It's a nice bike but considering my mint 636 cost 3k, I know what I'd rather have.
Although I'm aware this is essentially a one off.

untill you start adding up each part.... over £5k has been spent easy

it was gonna cost me over £1000 just to get my bandit half decent, so might as well buy this for £3k

Yeah I appreciate that, I'm not usually a fan of fighters but I appreciate why they are done.

Why not build one yourself? Be far more fun and you get the sense of achievement out of it!

in a way yes, but i bought my bandit for £1400, was gonna cost well over £1000 to do a front usd, 750 rear wheel, wavy brakes, respray,

and il be getting this 100% finished bike for £3000.

im stil got to finish the car, thats enough projects for the mean time!

Yeah, it gets you noticed, in the same way being gay gets you noticed. Judging your Corsa, you're out for performance, so why do you want a slow bike that looks like a mirror with bits on blue on it? You realise you can modify a sports bike to be unique -- it gets attention in the same way. All my opinion of course -- I just think it's pointless buying a commuter 600cc bike that has had a few pointless (gay) modifications.

For £3k you could get a sexy track bike with a daylight MOT -- you'd have far more fun racing around Brands Hatch than parking up and having a little kid point at your bike 'cus it's so bright.

see if this was a car id agree

all go no show. thats what the corsa is, or will be

bikes, im bad enough on my 400, had the front wheel nosed a few times with the rear end wiggling around in mid air, scare myself sometimes. imagen what id be like on a 180mph bike !!

dont get me wrong, i can ride a bike, but im no wear near as confided/ or crazy as you.

I can out drive my car easy, in full control. A 600 bike will do me fine, i dont want to go racing a bike, plus i like a bike to stand out. the moto is loud and get attenion, but not fast enough, maybe il find this with the bandit, but i dought it

Fair enough dude -- a 400 SM will lift and be a lot more twitchy than a sports 600, though. They're designed to corner. It's actually very difficult to get the front wheel up unless you snap it open in first or go over a hill. You're more than welcome to have a spin on my R6 to change your mind... Or even better, I'll take you on the back to change your mind.

fuck no. not going on the back!!! been 150mph on the back of my dads xjr1300

on the back is totaly different!!!

tbh the moto is gutless, wont power wheelie, and doesnt handle, i dont think. Thinking off fitting a 440kit for more grunt, or even a crf engine

id amagen it will be faster, but iv never riden a superbike, so might have to take you up on that, i have no dought il want one lol

its got gsxr cams he says, and its not slow, so guessing abit tuned
