Bought a fancy dress outfit online on a Sunday. Nothing received on the thurs and phoned up for them to tell me it was out of stock. Asked for a refund last thus and have received nothing as yet.

Just called them up and they said issueing a refund can take up to 30 days at their end?

Is this right? Can I demand a refund to be actioned asap?

30 days does seem a long time, but that could be there policy, does it say this in there terms on there site?
