Also as mentioned, keep hydrated with say water, but avoid sugary drinks as they'll give you cravings for food (as mentioned above).

To be honest though, if your aim to lose weight, make sure you do sufficent exercise and then you can pretty much eat anything you want and will lose weight anyway
