Basically getting pissed off at work now, and been thinking for a while of going back to Uni to study something i'm actually interested in rather just staying in a job I dont particulary like, but like you do I keep putting it off & putting it off.

Would it be too late to apply to start this year? I know most folk will have applied ages ago but could you still get a place if people havn't made the grade etc.

I know its a bit short notice & would probs depend on the Uni itself, but if anyone has any expericence in applying this late it would be much appreciated

Nope not to late.

I work for the University of Wolverhampton and its not to late here, if theres places available and you have results and cash its not to late

Or if its to much of a rush you can start in February.

Yeah you just have to go through clearing.

Go to the UCAS website and should give you all the info you need.

Try phoning the uni up.

I've more than once emailed the dept directly and been accepted outwith ucas, obviously this won't apply to a course with 30 places and 3000 applicants.

I walked into uni a week into the course and asked if i could do an HND, they offered me the Degree. I proceeded to waste 5 years of my life and achieved nothing except probable Liver damage and student loan debt

Life blows, if you can divert and do something fun for a few years then it's worth it. Surely...
