Think they are there to buy now, anything else is just to put in an enquiry... prices are way to much, at a push i would pay just over 1k for a C*RSA plate not 2k lol

Will be one of these sites that puts them up for sale, gets interest, then pesters the true owner to sell it to them.

Only place I'd buy a registration from is DVLA themselves.
