As above really. Going to France/Switzerland on Sunday and will no doubt make calls and texts back to the UK. But I'm not sure whether they're included in my free monthly allowance. I get the International Traveller Service (on o2 by the way!) and I'm pretty sure I read somewhere texts and calls are inclusive, but just take more of the allowance.

Tried ringing o2, but I haven't got a clue what my security password is

In my experience no texts yes but not calls, however i have only been abroad with T, Orange and Voda

O2 should be able to let you into the account by asking you other security questions even if you don't know the password, it's normally mother maiden name btw.

30p/min make a call.
18p/min receive.
1 SMS = 4 from monthly allowance.
1 MMS = 4 from monthly allowance.
