That a bad foot could be caused by a simple need of toe clicking?
Ive had a bad foot for about a week, felt bruised, and I just clicked my big toe by pushing it and it feels a whole lot better :/

Probably not, if you would have tried to click your foot earlier in the week it would have made it worse if it was bruised imo.

may have moved a bone or something playing football, clicking it may have relieved some built up pressure on a nerve or something
i love clicking my big toes every morning, so satisfying
