is this the same as an "IAC" valve?

if not where is the Idle stepper motor located??

Yep iac valve is the same thing, idle air conrol valve. Usually somewhere near the throttle body.

Nice one..yea i know where the IAC valve is but that stepper valve thing puzzled me lol
