well yeah i kinda guessed... but you cant exactly use them every day. and for some events your not allowed slicks ?? (maybe? ) so the best nearly slicks would be.............. ???
cos i have only heard of the R888.. dont know others or are they the bestest without going fully slick

they do....
888's have hard sidewalls to stop flex on track.... ideally sidewall flex is good on drag tyres as the contact patch will stick whilst the tyre wall wrinkles.
888's for example will be better than Nankangs etc though. Drop the pressure to try and get better grip, but will increase drag/resistance and lower terminals

The Mickey T ET Street Radials are probably the best, according to most people (I can think of one person with a quick FWD Vauxhall who thinks they're shit though, for some reason )

I just brought the Engine, the shell "was" being prepped for a stupid spec LET. When I last spoke to ADE he had the bits to build it all but never heard anything since... Shame! He had his heart set on a 9sec Nova He was sure the 8v was cabable of 10's but didn't want to push the engine (now my engine) so he started on the LET.

I take it he doesn't have the Teeshirt business "ISSACHUNT" anymore then. I see the website no longer works.
