is there any decent additives you can get to reduce ur water temp, mine is sitting just over 90 most of the time unless im on the motorway etc, ive moved my air filter to a cooler place, hasnt really helped also the filter ive got is a metal gauze cone would it be better if i had a foam style filter help keep the hot away?

The engine temperature is nothing to do with the air filter.

If it's overheating you have a problem with the cooling system.

Is it h corsa c turbo? my 1.4 b sits just over 90 normall whats wrong with that?

it never used to sit that high, normaly under 90 was just wondering if there was an addatives to keep the water temp down a bit thats all

92-100 degrees is normal operating temp.

around 90 is normal....

if you still arent happy

change your coolant, flush rad and pipes, replace coolant (measured out), get air out.... be happy

Engine oil is usually a good additive to put into the engine if it is hot.

I found in my Corsa the radiator was full of junk and blocked so I replaced it. Was only a problem on hot days - I drove around with the heating on for a few weeks until I got a new rad

it may be because you have a smooth bumper and no air is getting to the rad

I think millers lubricants do a good water wetter type stuff, but as said by other, it doesn't sound like you need it.
