So, i was driving in a 40 zone (doing 40) on a dual carriage way and i saw a bike coming up quite quick behind me. I had a car immediately to my left in the other lane so i put my toe down to get past him so i could pull in and let the bike past.
I must have got up to about 48 ish and BANG!, a saw a traffic cop literally ran out from behind some bushes and gunned me. He pointed the gun at me until i got right up to him, then he eyeballed me as i drove passed and then gunned me again as i was driving away from him. This really pissed me off (more so for the way he looked at me)
So, sure that i'd been caught. I decided to park up and confront him. I walked up to where he was and waited while he did the same thing so other drivers (the cocky eyeballing i mean). I said "Excuse me officer, i've just driven past you and i noticed that you gunned me as i drove up to you, eyeballed me as i drove past and gunned me again as i drove away. I'd like to know if you got me"
The guy asked what car i was in, and then said "i didnt get you". The guy sounded simple (stupid) as fuck 
Short version If you think you've been caught, theres nothing stopping you going up to the guy and asking.

They have to pull you at the time if its with one of they guns do they not?

Yeah i now know that. To be honest, i thought that as i drove past anyway. But...i wasn't sure so the thought of not knowing if i'd been caught or not was doing my head in, this was another reason why i had to ask him.
Also, when we left him to return to my car, i heard some little Chav in his astra with a stupid exhaust some tearing down the road....needless to say, he got Pwn3d!!11!!crtl!!!
