Thinking of a lil revenge mission on my previous employers, but want to know if its worth doing first.
Basically the firm i used to work for technically went bust when the owner went bankrupt last year, and the name has been dissolved. They're still using the company name saying its a trading style of their new company name.
My plan was to register the company name thats been dissolved, then hopefully force them to stop using it. Is this possible and enforcable?
