Did they ask if they could email all the forms over? I was told to expect the email late last night, had nothing apart from an email today with a 6 digit number in it and thats it.......anyone else had probs?

they still claim I owe them 180 quid from a policy from 1998 that never existed.

They quoted me £850 last year then when I phoned up to confirm they said it was gonna be £1350 cos their rates had changed 
Safe to say I won't be bothering with em in future
