Sometimes that can look really really bad on a CV as a prospective employer wont want to risk training you up (spending time and resources) only for you to leave after a year.

Maybe cut the list down a bit to your most recent 4 or 5.

maybe something like

First line support for customers billing and financial enquiries as well as promoting new products. This requires me to maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all the current as well as upcoming products and services such as broadband, skytalk and some technical knowledge. Also taking card payments over the phone and general admin.

Be prepared to explain why the average time spent at any of your jobs is a year. Potential employers won't like this.

I would say what you wrote sounds OK but would just phrase it differently.....

As part of a large team working to provide first line telephone support to Sky customers my role is to answer billing and financial questions while promoting new and upcoming services.

You've got loads of job history. Personally I would say less, not more, about each one. I think the line in your first post was fine.

Edit - except I would use first not 1st.

A good old statement of intentions as a first paragraph is always good, some jazz about what you hope to gain from getting this job etc etc....

I have found on many occasions that employers scan for something like that when sifting through.

Everyone can work in a team, team player is such a bad cliche, mention the team and risk it looking like you're hiding behind them in terms of your achievement. The team achievement would still go on if you were sick. You don't tell people you passed exams as part of a class.
