After my last ride I took a big hit to the balls from slipping off the pedals mid air, I fancy getting some new shoes

I dont think I warrent SPDs due to lack of being professional

Does anyone have any recomendations for pedals and shoes?

If you want to use flats just buy some V8s and some skate shoes.

Yeah, skate shoes - Vans, nike sb's nike 6.0's

Or get some 661's - there pretty good, made for riding, and bloody cheep!

And get some v8's or some welgo cnc's
